During the six-year research and development preparation period, our chicken tasting was held in the United States.
At that time, the reaction of the taste of chicken was hot, and the store owner who fell in love with the taste wanted to launch in the US, so in August 2019, the store soft opening as chicken teria after remodeling.

1. The ultrasonic frying technology keeps the juice inside and cooks it evenly.

It does not require longer time to fry even if you fry large-sized chicken just cook it so that the outside is crispy and juicy inside.

We only use fresh and good oil, and because it is fried at a low temperature of 140-160 degrees Celsius so oil oxidation is slow. We cook with safe and better ingredients.
